Good at being grateful

My writing this time is related to the sentence,
never ending gratitude for life.
which means more or less Endless Gratitude.

Grateful

What is gratitude and thankfulness?

Gratitude is a feeling of thanks (to Allah), while gratitude /ber.syu.kur/ is giving thanks or giving thanks. So, more or less, gratitude is an expression of happiness that is channeled by giving thanks, whether to God, family, or people who make us grateful.

The impact of being grateful?

Always being grateful is a habit which is easy to be done, but dramatically beneficial to our life. — Frederickson

Which means, more or less, always being grateful is a habit that is so easy to do, but has so many benefits for our lives.
From the research he conducted, he stated that people who are always grateful are happier in life, healthier in body, fresher, more open and critical.
And of course anyone’s opinion, even a professor, may not be accepted. That is the personal right of every individual. But I personally think that what he found is actually correct.
Why?
I often meet people who are open-minded and always think positively in living life. They are rich and don’t have any burdens. Of course, I at least knew they were having problems. Whether it’s related to economics, romance that doesn’t work in harmony, or the academy. How do I know? Simple, because a cup of coffee can sometimes melt the ice that prevents people from telling stories.

When and where should we be grateful?

We must make gratitude feel like breathing. We do it everywhere and forever. The reason is simple, because we need and want to be happy forever, right? There are times when sadness and tears can reduce problems, but a smile and cheerful spirit can turn problems into challenges. So, instead of thinking about the problem, we should be enthusiastic about solving the problem. Agree?

How to be grateful?

Actually, I think this question is quite stupid if it is actually asked. But, maybe because depression is too long and deep, we forget the meaning of the word happy. So, let me remind you how to be grateful.

As I said before, gratitude is gratitude for what we have. So what we need to do is say, “Thank you… for…” Please fill in the required blanks.

The first field is the subject you want to thank him for.
The second entry is the object you want to thank for.
Example:

Thank you parking attendant for his service looking after my motorbike while I was away.

Don’t think about the great people who really influence our lives. Look at the small aspects that come into contact with us, such as sunlight from morning to evening, the oxygen that we can live with every day, the togetherness and social warmth that we always feel at all times, these are simple objects that sometimes we forget to be grateful for.

Giving thanks doesn’t cost anything, it just takes a little willingness, and we can feel the benefits together.

Moreover, gratitude is an example that we are a religious people.

So, from now on, after reading to the end of this article, let’s start our steps to become a person who is more grateful and more often grateful. Hopefully we can live a calmer and happier life by always being grateful.
